• Plus-one details, attendance counts, preferences and responses supplied during a conversation.
• Room, travel, pickup and event information connected to a guest.
• WhatsApp messages, guest questions, requests, issue status and team resolutions.
• Identification or travel documents only when a customer intentionally configures Marigold to collect them for a legitimate wedding requirement.

Technical information

We may collect device, browser, IP address, access time, log, diagnostic and product-usage information when our website or dashboard is used.

3. How we receive information

We receive information directly from customers and guests, from authorised wedding team members, through WhatsApp conversations, from uploaded files or guest lists, and automatically when our website and dashboard are used. Customers must have the necessary authority to provide guest information to Marigold.

4. How we use information

• Provide, configure and operate Marigold for a wedding.
• Collect and track RSVPs, answer guest questions and send requested updates.
• Coordinate accommodation, travel, logistics and wedding-day support.
• Create, assign and resolve tasks that require human assistance.
• Maintain dashboards, conversation records, summaries and service reliability.
• Protect guests, customers and our systems from fraud, abuse or security threats.
• Provide customer support, administer billing and communicate service changes.
• Improve our services using aggregated or de-identified information where practicable.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Where applicable, we rely on consent, performance of a contract, compliance with law and legitimate business interests as permitted by relevant law.

We do not sell wedding guest information. We may share information only as needed with:

• The wedding planner, host family, couple and authorised members of their wedding team.
